GBI called the host at 5pm to collect the keys, when he informed me that the stay has now been cancelled. I requested a cancellation confirmation email, and the host was unable to provide one as it did not exist. The host went on to say, he no longer handles this property and that I should contact booking.com to complain. On review, I have seen 2 similar reports of this property this month. This property should be banned from booking.com

GBThe hosts cancelled on us three hours before check-in - and we were left trying to find alternative accommodation. They failed to tell us the flat was being renovated and didn't assist with rebooking.
GBSuited us well for a short stay in Belfast city. Well located with ample space. We had our own car and could park very close at no cost. Also buses (including sight seeing hop on/ hop off buses) stop very close. Had all the facilities we needed for self catering with a Spar and Tescos close by. Good communication from host. I would happily stay here again.
A few minor maintenance issues with the bathroom furniture. Not the cleanest flat but passable. (The bed linen was freshly laundered and clean so no issues there)

Unfortunately the door handle for the balcony fell off, the sink in the bath room was hanging off and there was part of the shower door missing..
GBThe flat was a great size, not too far from the nice areas of Belfast. Had all the creature comforts, everything was excellent.
