Comfortable room, with a great big comfy bed. Sockets on each side of the bed. Useful kitchen area with all you need for a few days, but you’re not very far from cafes, restaurants and pubs for eating out. There are two parking spaces on the forecourt, and the road is free, but very difficult to find a space when we were there. The Town Hall Council Car Park is at the rear, it cost us £10 for 4hrs! until we could park elsewhere.

The room felt homely and was easy to do what you needed to do and the bathroom was lovely. We noticed there was an honesty box sort of thing where you could serve your own drinks on the first floor which was different and a nice feature for guests, even though we didn't use it I thought its a nice idea.

There was no freezer or if there was it didn't work properly.

Really disappointing stay. There is a pervading smell of old fish as you walk in the door in the main house and it was awful. It didn't go the whole weekend. We were worried we smelled of it too when we went out. This is not really an apartment, but a sink and cooker and a fridge at the end of the bed. The bathroom was like a porter loo and shower tacked into the room to the side. It wobbled. The ceiling was yellow and peeling - the first thing you see when you wake up. The photos are really misleading on the site. The place needs a really good airing, a deep clean and some work on the tired decor. We absolutely wouldn't stay here again.

Lovely welcome from host, superb suite (Conwy) huge comfortable bed. Lovely and quiet, brilliant location and lots of complimentary items in the room. Would happily stay again next time we go to Llandudno. Highly recommend
