The location in the centre is perfect. It's only 2min to beautiful Palermo Cathedral and many other attractions. Ideal for someone who comes to Palermo for sightseeing and lives a city life. The apartement is clean and big enough with a stunning ceiling. Good contact with the owner. air-conditioning in all rooms- perfect and useful option. Kitchen works well, making food there for yourself is easy, the area is big and in old-fashioned style.

In the evening it can be really loud because of noises coming from outside. Even if it was breakfast included in the price you have to provide food by yourself so this option should be removed from the offer. Sometimes the owner denied what he said before - first he accepted check-in time and later, right before coming he rejected it saying that you can cancel your reservation. That was a bit rude. Also first he agreed for check-out time but later was saying that he has to make an exception and making the tenant feel uncomfortable with it. Also communication was problematic. The owner doesn't speak english at all and you have to use a translator. But face to face it's a really nice and kind person. The main bedroom looks different than in the pics because of lack of furnitures. But for person who came to the city to not stay in the apartment is fully okay. One minus is a shower. There is no bathtub and the shower is tiny.

The location was great close to all the sites and great restaurants. The apartment was very big. Everything you could ever need if you wanted to do self catering. Luca supplied lots of breakfast. We went out to eat. All in all we had a great stay the perfect location.

Very good location. Close to all important and beautiful points. Beautiful view from balcony and very quiet street at night. Safe neighborhood. Lift to the flat. So easy with luggage. Near by restaurants to visit! 1. Isgrò Restaurant Al Capo - excellent fresh fish and seafood. Make sure to make reservation for weekend days! 2. Pizza Re - family small business with great pizza and Mario making vibe brilliant.
