Labai patiko patys apartamentai. Skoninga ir jauku. Geras vaizdas per langą. Nėra priešais pastatų, tad nereikia žiūrėti į kaimynų langus. Patogi susiekimo atžvilgiu. Patogu parkuoti automobilį

Kadangi pastatas ribojasi su didele stovėjimo aikštele, tai vakarais renkasi įvairių auto ir moto klubų nariai ir šiaip jaunuolių grupės. Tad po langais iki vėlumos kalbos ir kartas nuo karto auto triukšmas. Bet manau buvo savaitgalio išvakarės, tad tai nėra kasdienybė
