"Worst booking of my life. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this property"

Absolutely nothing positive can be said about this property. From the communication to the staff to the property's location and interiors, every single experience is as bad as it can be.

Staff didn't respond to initial communication and requests. Address wasn't provided clearly and the property manager didn't respond timely to our driver's calls. They charged us for moving out bags without informing us. They wanted to cheat us by trying to charge us extra for kids, even though it was clearly mentioned in our booking request. The property manager (Rashid) was extremely rude. The property wasn't safe at all for kids. Washroom was extremely claustrophobic and dirty. First they told us that AC is not working then they said they will charge us EUR 3 per day to use it. Note that none of this is mentioned on their listing. We left the property within 40 minutes of arrival.

位置位于老城区蓝门外，步行大概2分钟。房间干净，设施齐全，员工很好，性价比不错。

住处位于小巷子里，不是特别明显，一个人太晚回去可能不太合适，不过这些可以自己调整
