"Comfortable enough to lay your head for the night after a long day out."

-Location was suited to our needs. -Staff was courteous and helpful when we requested for amenities (kettle, toiletries, chair, fresh sheets). -The AC worked well which was a plus in the Mumbai heat.

-The room we booked wasn’t available, it wasn’t communicated to us at the reception during check in. Once we got to the room, and we saw it wasn’t the room we booked, we called reception and were then told our room wasn’t ready, so we had a smaller room for 1 out of the 3 nights we were at the hotel. -The room was stuffy due to there being no windows (which was of course advertised already on the site). -The bedsheets need to be replaced as even the clean sheets provided had stains on them. -The general cleanliness of the room could be improved. -The TV was damaged so we couldn’t use it. -The amenities was missing from the room, which was provided when we requested them.
