A little spooky when nights come, especially when only one or two guest at that hotel

Sehr schöne, gepflegte Anlage direkt am Meer gelegen. Die Häuser sind sehr groß, sehr schön und komfortabel eingerichtet. Großes Badezimmer. Tägliche Reinigung der Zimmer. Die Häuser liegen in einem sehr schönen, sehr gepflegten Garten mit schönem Pool. Das Essen war phantastisch, wirklich eine sehr gute Köchin! Das Frühstück war auch gut. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders Richard hat sich außergewöhnlich gut um alles gekümmert. Der Strand ist auch sehr schön und liebevoll gestaltet. Er wird täglich gereinigt! Um ins Wasser zu gehen, sind Wasserschuhe empfehlenswert.

Wij verbleven in dit hotel aan het eind van onze oost Flores rondreis en waren blij dat dat we eindelijk konden uitrusten en relaxen. Dit hotel was luxer dan alle hotelletjes die we tijdens onze rondreis hadden en had bovendien een zwembad

We had an amazing stay at Budi Sun resort. The resort is absolutely beautiful with the gardens and the beach. The rooms are simple, but elegant and very spacious and clean. It has everything that you need. The staff at the resort is very kind and helpful. We also did a snorkling trip to 3 different really cool spots and they organised transport to the hotspring for us. Another plus: they also support a reef protection program.

The rooms with sea view are not that close to the sea that you can actually see it. However, you have a view on the beautiful garden and the sea is less than a minute walking away.

Le Budi Sun Garden Beach Resort est un charmant complexe hôtelier niché dans un écrin de verdure luxuriante. La mer peut être aperçue à travers le tronc des arbres plantés en bordure de plage. C'est une plage de sable gris dont la propreté est soumise aux aléas des marées et du lot de plastique qu'elles y déposent. Comme pour toutes les plages bordée d'un récif, il est fortement conseillé de marcher avec des chaussures appropriées. Bien qu'il soit situé en retrait de la route, on entend parfois le bruit de la circulation, ainsi que celui des moteurs pétaradant des bateaux des pêcheurs locaux, mais dans l'ensemble, c'est un endroit calme et agréable. Le complexe est bien entretenu : les chambres sont nettoyées tous les jours et les jardins sont impeccables. Le personnel en principe anglophone est à l'écoute, avec le sourire. Ne pas hésiter à leur faire part de vos observations, il mettra tout en œuvre pour remédier au moindre souci. Comme le complexe se trouve à une certaine distance des commerces locaux, les clients qui ne disposent pas de leur propre moyen de transport sont quelque peu contraints de se rendre au restaurant du complexe. Ce dernier profite de cette situation pour pratiquer des prix légèrement plus élevés. Il y a cependant toujours moyen de louer un 2 roues. La nourriture est globalement bonne et copieuse, même si le choix est parfois un peu limité. La présence serviable d’un client régulier pendant notre séjour (6 nuits) a largement contribué à rendre notre séjour fort agréable. Enfin, une bonne surprise nous attendait, qui a compensé la déception du premier dîner : le complexe soutient un programme de restauration des coraux (le TM Coral Reef Restoration Programme), lancé par une ONG suisse, sous l’œil vigilant de Claude, un passionné local et client régulier du complexe (bonne chance, Claudenitrox, et merci). Une note globale comprise entre 8,5 et 9 pourrait aisément être attribuée à ce Resort.

Wat hadden een heerlijk verblijf: onze kinderen genoten van het zwembad en spelen op het strand. Na enkele weken reizen, genoten we hier van de rust. Onze snorkeluitstap was geweldig en uitstekend geregeld door het hotel. De staf was zeer behulpzaam en we genoten van het lekkere eten.

Het is een beetje ver van alles dus als je ergens naar toe wil, heb je vervoer nodig (wat zeker door het hotel kan geregeld worden). Als je net zoals ons tot rust wil komen, is dit de ideale plaats.
