Very clean and well maintained house. Caretaker was very helpful.

The location is not the best, but it's not bad

The property is very well maintained.It has good facilities and the caretaker is very helpful.It is located very close to the mahalaxmi temple which makes it even better.It has a nice balcony as well with views of the city.Overall we were very satisfied with the property.

The only issue we had was that when we had to go to mahalaxmi temple very early morning, hot water was unavailable in the bathroom during that time and it didn't feel right to wake up the caretaker at 6am.Apart from this issue everything else was very good.

Very nice and helpful caretaker who responded promptly to our requests. Very nice apartment with good facilities and nice balcony.

Planning of occupancy could be a bit better as in our case the earlier occupant left just before our arrival and the apartment was not completely clean.

Rooms are clean,Apartment is Excellence .Everything is Best 👌 👍

Shree Mahalakshmi Temple 🛕 little bit far 15min walking Distance.

The apartment was neat and clean. Also, the helper was really polite and courteous. And surely we'll be booking again as soon as we get a chance to come back to Kolhapur.
