GuestReady - Rodamar Apartment

Tuvimos un problema a la llegada, nos atendió un agente virtual (IA) que no supo resolver la incidencia. No hubo forma de que nos pasara con un operador no virtual, que nos la hubiese resuelto, no era nada complicada. Ante la falta de respuesta nos quedamos con "lo siento y lo lamento" de la IA que se repetían en todas las respuestas. Nos quedamos en la calle y como nos habían cobrado, que eso lo hacen rápido, a conformarse con "lo siento y lo lamento" de la IA. La empresa GuestReady en su página web dice que son una "empresa de gestión y servicios de hospitalidad global". Señor empresario, me podía haber invitado a dormir en su sofa, haciendo uso de su eslogan tan bonito. Además su hospitabilidad ya estaba pagada por adelantado. Mi conclusión, hay que elegir un hotel siempre que se pueda, incluso un apartamento gestionado x un particular, en última instancia una empresa que te pone una IA para gestionar tus incidencias. 😭

Mala experiencia en general

Bardzo wygodne mieszkanie, dobrze urządzone, w kuchni wszystko, co potrzeba. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Restauracje w tym samym budynku, na przeciwko centrum handlowe, łatwy wyjazd na trasy. Ocean bardzo blisko, no i widać go z balkonu. Meble noszą ślady użytkowania, ale jest czystko, pościel, ręczniki świeżutkie. Bardzo dobry kontakt z zarządcą, odpowiada na wiadomości w ciągu kilku chwil. No i dla osób, które planują poruszanie się po wyspie samochodem parking w budynku to ogromny bonus

I loved the spaciousness of the apartment, and it had all the necessary bathroom supplies, salt, pepper, sugar, frying oil, tea and coffee. It's quiet and peaceful. It's very conveniently located near a shopping center, restaurants, and the promenade (definitely check it out!). Also, if you're planning on booking tours, you can easily book pickup from this address.

We didn't find any dishwashing liquid or sponge in the apartment, but there was a dishwasher with capsules, so you could wash the dishes there.

Podobało mi się wszystko od samego początku , firma naprawdę w pełni profesjonalna z pomocną dłonią wyszła gdy sie okazało że nie będzie można korzystać z balkonu ( otrzymałam rekompensatę ) , duże mieszkanie ze wszystkim co potrzebne by w pełni funkcjonować nawet pralka , do sklepu 4 min bo jak przejdziesz przez ulicę masz galerię , bardzo wygodne łóżka i najważniejsze apartament jest na parterze, jeśli Madera to tylko tu zarezerwuję pobyt :)

Apartment (and kitchen in particular) contains all necessary things for a stay (and cooking). Across the road there is a large shopping center with supermarket. Nearby there is a beach (10 min walk). Quality of the furniture and apartment size. Floor is made from real stone and wood. Fast fiber cable internet connection and relatively modern TV. Presence of several fans and separate balcony.

The bathroom was not sufficiently clean upon my arrival. Mold is present on the walls in the bathroom. Bath itself was dirty and required a thorough cleaning before I was able to use it. Another issue is the noise level. Apartment is on the first floor and the road traffic is quite loud (24/7), especially in warm season when the window must be kept open to keep the apartment cool (there is no conditioner). The front door does not provide any sound insulation either. During my stay there was a renovation going on in the apartment across the corridor and the construction noise was clearly heard.
