Its a scam .i don't know why booking.com is allowing this

We didn’t even get to see the room because already there was someone there we were scammed

Because it was not organised well and lot of things didn’t make sense

Scam never get there the property own don't answer his phone l had to look for another place..

I drove from Durban to JHB, while on the trip I sent numerous messages to the property via the app and email with no response. When I got to the property security gates. I called the property for over 30 minutes with no answer. Eventually I got a response and was advised that the property asked booking.com to remove this add a month ago and I was turned away I had no place to stay after a 10 hour drive. And I was not given a refund even though this is a mess up by the property and booking.com I will be adding a google review as well

Location

The check-in process was horrible. You have to call the owner to get the apartment number, keys, and access to the estate. The owner did not answer his phone for more than an hour. It looks like someone lives full-time in the apartment, based on the groceries inside. I also discovered what seems like cocaine inside a book in the living room. It was a white powdery substance inside a book with a receipt as a marker. The apartment needs proper curtains.

It was easy to find the location and the apartment is squeaky clean, and the comfort is amazing. It felt like home my kids enjoyed the stay more than I did
