"We booked their hotel at night in an emergency and went to their hotel which was shown to us on booking.com. their staff"

It won't be that good.

The hotel is not that good and they have charged a lot of booking charges and extra money and the hotel's sataf is not good. Neither the rooms nor the bathroom nor the AC nor the screen and wifi are only used for moblie entertainment and not for TV LED.
