Lady that was assisting me was friendly and willing to explain in detail. I was not lost and expected to find my own way everything was explained to the tee

I asked for 2 bedrooms and I only got one room and my kids had to sleep on the couches. I feel like this should have been explained that I am paying for couches instead of 2 single beds as I asked

The late night parties and dodgy people. We couldn't sleep. It’s so sad that Club Mykonos has become such a disturbing holiday destination. People from rural Cape Town areas book and stay and party and have no respect for surrounding units. The bedroom doesn't have a ceiling light and the door struggle to open due to the bed that’s too long. Removing the headboard would make the bed fit better so that the door can open properly. The unit is fine if it wasn't for the terrible atmosphere surrounding the unit, I don’t know if Easter was just the wrong weekend to book there. I’ll never go back again though as it is too risky as you don't know what type of people you’ll get. In addition this unit is next to the tennis courts and it gets very noisy from early morning until late in the evening. Noisy accommodation just isn’t for us. Ideally security should patrol and silence the parties going on.

great location for a family break

next time we will book a ground floor apartment as the steps were steep and the handrails didn't go all the way so this was difficult for the grandparents and toddler
