Breakfast and ease of parking

No sleep possible to around 1.30 am due to very loud club music that felt like you were on the floor of a club. Music was below room in bar. Guests should be for-warned when booking that Friday and Saturdays have loud music between 8 and around 1.30 . Not acceptable to just announce that on checking in.

The breakfast was very good, and the location was as central as you can get. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

I suffer with slight autism and I was caught out by the key not fitting the lock near the key card slot ( I didn't even notice the additional brass lock which the key fits), might be worth telling guests to use the brass one or cover the other one.

location was was good for every thing. the room was comfortable. breakfast was brilliant.

room was hot and the fan was noisy.

The bar and restaurant are lovely and so are the staff.

Rooms tatty and require updating Toilet would not flush Entry details for after the bar is closed are not clear at all When I eventually found the entry door a rather large drunk lady was blocking the entry, she was lay on the floor inside, preventing the door from opening, refused to be helped so I had to climb over her to get up stairs 😟
