Location is close to metro station

The hotel seems not to be ready yet. There was someone (maybe worker) drilling the wall in the middle of night. It was very noisy and we could not sleep because of that. The room was also not clean, there were some used tissues in the trash bin. The hotel also mentioned they did not receive my payment, which actually I have paid. They said I need to pay again by cash. Then I contacted booking.com about this issue and the hotel staff did not ask again the payment.
