Do NOT rent this chicken coup. The photo misled. It is actually an extension room with small bed with thin dirty mattress, linen and pillows. AC not cooling and to make things worst the room has a lot of small cockroches crawling on the floor and on the bed. God knows what else. Toilet not well maintained. Paid upfront in full prior handover of keys. Only 2 service lift to unit and one not working. Lift is packed with other building occupants and beside slow moving ac almost none. In addition, need longer time to go up or down from unit. Upon received key went to inspect the unit. Total let down as mentioned. Contact property owner and informed all related issues and she agreed to a refund subject to return of the key on immediate basis as she wanted to open / sell the room to other willing potential parties on same day. As requested the key was returned on immediate basis and was informed by the fund refund will be made the next. However, since Sept 14, 2024 until date of this review (Oct 24, 2024) refund was yet to be made and upon each follow up property owner provided many unjustified reasons including sales proceed yet to be received from Booking.com etc. Very unsatisfactory situation one must avoid. Thank you for reading. An official complaint shall be forward to Booking.com about the property for further action.

The aircond not functioning in unit s2-8-2-s, got insects in refrigerator..

It got many food stalls at the ground floor. My business was closeby, within walking distance. It's quite cheap in comparison with other place i.e hotels It provided iron,iron board and refrigerator, Air conditioner

Mostly with the interaction with the owner. We already informed that we'll arriving late due to the flight delay and all,but then by the time we arrived we need to make multiple phone calls to the owner as to wake him up from sleep. It's not a pleasant experience being all girls, at midnight in an unfamiliar place. Owh yeah,i found a dead coakroach in the room. The refrigerator was making some weird smell.
