Flat is very spacious and gorgeous views. It was clean and felt clean. There are some steps to walk up to it. Just to bear in mind if anyone has any mobile disabilities.

Beds are a bit uncomfortable.. Its a busy main road so lots of traffic.it didn't help as the saltash tunnel was closed weeknights.

It is nicely maintained & cleaned

The location to go around the area was convenient for us. There is an area with supermarket, gas station 10 minutes by car and a lovely off licence on the doorstep.

The apartment is located on a very busy road and the building itself is not soundproof. The noise was constant day and night. The apartment was dirty. The kitchen counters were not wiped and same inside the cabinets and the pots and cutlery. The worst part was the lining. I had to wash sheets and towels as they didn’t smell fresh. The bed’s mattresses were very uncomfortable. I was phone called during my holiday by the property management to ask for feedback, twice. I do travel quite often and I am not very fussy when it comes to accommodations, I am happy with a clean apartment and a comfortable bed, but not even the basics were covered.

TV in every room. Very good induction hob. Large loft conversion double bedroom, great to sit and sew/knit/read. Large bathroom, separate shower cubicle and bath.

Location on a loud and busy main road was unsuitable for family member with mobility problems. 14 metal stairs to front door of apartment was completely unsuitable for family member with mobility problems. No chair in bathroom. Downstairs bedroom pillows were smelly. Kitchen was not clean enough, dirty saucepans, frying pans and smelly cupboard. A lot of dust around skirting boards in all rooms. Cloths provided in kitchen were unsanitary. Address of property very difficult to find. SatNat tried to take us down a very narrow lane. The constant sound of heavy heavy traffic outside was not conducive to a restful stay.

The flat was spacious, and the decor was lovely. The rooms had lovely beds.

The blind in the bathroom was broken so we had to usea blanket to cover it over.
