Acellyne's Suites at The Residences at Commonwealth by Century

The size: Good for 2 people max. The location: Not a suitable location for traveler who wants to explore Manila. Think of your local area that is far away from the downtown. That is the location of this property. This makes it great for people who are looking for a way out of the city noise without going to the countryside. Loved the swimmingpool. Things were quite understandable. Taxi fares will be crazy if you are thinking of going downtown (Manila and Makati area). All the essential services are around the property so that is a plus. If you are a working for travel and not looking into going out alot, this is good.

Near a mall where you can readily get your necessities; accessible to transport.

Unreadiness of the unit. The owner should make sure that the unit is visually and smells clean, is ready, and is complete with all the amenities the new occupants need. When I arrived at the unit I still saw the dirty and smelly rag under the sink and the amenities/supplies missing.

The facilities are excellent, the gym is perfect and the pool very beautiful. The buildings themselves are well maintained and very secure.

The check in instructions weren't very clear, as there are 4+ towers and I wasn't sure of the building or unit number. The location is very much out of the city, which is good if you want some peace.

Location, facilities and the unit itself. Been here in the same condo the 2nd time and my family and I really liked this unit better than the 1st one booked via A*rbnb. Very clean and cozy unit. Will come back next time! Thank you Ms Evelyn and her housekeeper.

Kinda far from the pool and clubhouse but it's still ok because we enjoyed the place overall.
