"An enjoyable stay ."

It was quiet and private and had a big, well maintained yard. If the weather had been better we would have liked to have used the fire pit and sit on the front verandah. It was close to sights and the city centre and it was well stocked with linen and pantry and kitchen items.

The front bedroom was chilly. The air conditioner didn’t seem to warm the air.

"Comfortable and relaxing stay"

Really comfortable and clean. Full functional kitchen and the coffee machine was a good bonus. Handy to have the laundry too. Close to town, and a big shout out to Devon St fish and chips which were amazing!

Location is great on quiet road. House is cute and suited us as a family of 4 perfect. Simple kitchen with all appliances to use. Compfy beds and all linen and towels provided.

Dining table a bit too big so it’s a bit cramped in the corner. Also bathroom could do with a little tlc.

"Home away from home!"

It felt like home away from home! Everything you could need. Very comfortable beds, and the property had a lot of privacy. Super convenient location too.

Luggage holders in the bedrooms would be great

"Lovely comfortable house in a great location"

Great house in a great location. Good facilities, wifi, tv, etc. Great shower even though it doesn't look much before you get in. We had a very comfortable stay here and the outside area is great for sitting out. Plenty of off street parking.

The bathroom is a little tired and could benefit from some refurbishment.

There was tomato sauce in the fridge, ice cubes in the freezer and a nice coffee machine. It was nice to have these extra items.

The only thing that would take it from great to outstanding would be to have a clothes dryer.

"Delivered more than expected!"

Great location, very clean, and well decked out. Five adults, perfect for us. Oh and not to forget about the beds!! Firm but not hard. Just the way we liked them!

The only thing, and this is my fault, my cars large, it would have been good to have a turn around area, my backing isn't the best. Other than that, it was ideal.
