Property was clean and tidy. Hosts were kind and friendly, accommodating to our needs. Property was positioned in an ideal spot for site seeing and perfect for our weekend away.

To quote, we didn’t book the Ritz so we didn’t expect the Ritz. Can’t complain, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Quiet rural setting close to most of the villages of the Cotswolds. The accommodation was ground level a bonus for us after accommodation in towns with lots of stairs. The studio was well set out and cosy. Washing machine & drying rack a bonus. Good WiFi. Lots of TV channels available. Full kitchen facilities for easy meal preparation. Co-op 10 mins up the road in Upper Rissington.

Location was great, for travelling around the Cotswold. Would definitely recommend, and stay again.

We arranged with the Vicky to arrive early, however on arrival no was at home. When we tried the door, it was very stiff, so we believed it was locked. We left and returned 2 hours later, only to be told, the key had been left inside, and that the handle was very stiff. This did not however distract from the lovely stay.

The key was in the door, we passed the owner on the way to the accomadation who shouted the instructions to us. The bed was very good standard. It's position was great being near all the places we wanted to visit.

These are small things, but important. The air vents in the kitchen and bathroom were very dirty. There was only just 2 of everything!! 2 plates 2 cups, 2 dishes, 2 forks etc You had to wash up as you went along. Not great quality, some didn't even match. I was hard unlocking and locking the door. The TV wires were just hanging down, not boxed in, all looked a be uncared for. The place felt ok, but nothing special and a bit bland.

Central to everywhere we wanted to visit Parking space at side of property Lovely walk around the property for the dogs Welcome biscuits and milk/tea facilities provided Nice to have a streaming service available on the tv. Host very friendly

Bed was a bit firm but that’s personal preference
