Guest white house with Terrace

A very beautiful old house with a terrace in Tskaltubo. It feels like the house has seen better days, but the hosts are clearly doing their best to keep it in good condition. The house is located about two kilometers from the center and from the abandoned Soviet sanatoriums (which were the main purpose of our trip). The area is very quiet, roosters crow in the morning, and there is a magical forest nearby. There are friendly dogs living on the property, and the trees are in bloom. It truly feels like staying at your grandmother’s house in the countryside. The host was very kind! He brought us a kettle and treated us to cookies with tea. He made sure we had everything we needed and that we felt comfortable. There is no private bathroom in the room, but since we were the only guests, we had the entire floor to ourselves.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable (too soft), and the soundproofing is not great (we could hear the hosts on the first floor). But this didn’t spoil our stay at all!

We stayed here with our family and absolutely loved it. The location is perfect, with a spacious house and a lovely veranda. The host is open, friendly, and welcoming. In the morning, we were served a delicious and hearty homemade breakfast. It is an ideal place for a peaceful and relaxing stay.
