GBThere's nothing not to love about the property, location and exceptional host. The property is spacious, clean and well equipped. The setting is idyllic and perfect for a home from home in the mountains. Nils, was helpful and responsive from the time of booking. When we arrived later than planned due to passport control delays, Nils very kindly came out in the middle of the night to meet us. I have never stayed anywhere before where the host would be so kind and generous. Beyond the property we had amazing lights displays, enjoyed a range of activities that surpassed my dreams for this long awaited holiday. The property was nothing short of perfect to complete what has been a once in a lifetime holiday. Thank you so much Nils.

USThe hosts were amazing, kind and extremely helpful...even letting use their walking crampons we could make our way on the icy roads and do a wee bit of exploring.
There's not a thing of which we could complain
FRIt started snowing the day of our arrival. Day after day the landscape changed into a winter's tale. We loved the place which is bearing its name rightly and would have preferred it to any place in the center. To go down to the city we took the bus 26. But very often we preferred to walk our way back to the hill to enjoy the fresh snow. Close to nature is a cosy place, tastefully decorated and with a lot of candle light. Nils and Erin were perfect hosts, very attentif to support us whereever they could. They lend us there spikes which were very useful on the icy roads. Nils jumped in the car to pick me up when I confused the bus stops upon arrival. We spent a marvellous week chasing Northern lights, hiking in the snow and discovering Tromsoe.
It was a great stay.

Het huis heeft 2 slaapkamers die ook gelijk huiskamer zijn. Ik wil graag een koele slaapkamer, maar dan konden we niet op de bank zitten. De keuken is vrij compact en zit in het verlengde van de voordeur. Daar zaten we dan ‘s avonds omdat het daar lekker warm was, maar daar hadden we geen daglicht.
