INININAt the time of visit at place staff saying hotel is full and you go to another hotel also they are giving card of another hotel, that's a bullshit service.

INThe owner and staff were not attended properly. They didn't allocate the room which was booked through your system. When we reached late evening (ie. 11.15 pm), later we went to different hotel with the whole family members.

They denied the check in although we already booked the hotel via booking com, we were exhausted via continuos travel when we reached the hotel they said that the rooms are already sold out. This should not have happened as we trusted booking com so much , but due to this issue we won't recommend booking hotel via booking com.
INHotel booking was full but still help me to stay in another hotel.
Charge me Rs200 extra . Price did not match with booking details.
