The flat’s biggest selling points are its location and the patio. It’s very pleasant, especially in the evening. It’s very close to the city centre, yet it’s quiet and peaceful. Just a few steps from the flat is a well-stocked little shop, which is a big plus.

However, one thing left a bad impression… we didn’t feel welcome. After spending the whole night at the airport and on the plane, we couldn’t get into the flat until 3 pm. I spent 6 hours walking around Palermo with two children. I understand the rules, but I’d hoped things would be handled in a more humane way. Usually, on the last day, you get a farewell message and wishes for a safe journey home… but not this time. Our host also ignored us when we bumped into her out and about. It’s a bit of a shame. Unfortunately, it wasn’t clean 🙈 – there were black hairs on the stairs and the white floor. The first thing I did was start sweeping the flat because we could feel dust under our feet. I was surprised to find out that the dishwasher is included in the flat’s fittings but the dishwasher tablets aren’t… for the landlord, leaving 3 tablets is no cost at all, but for guests, buying a pack of tablets makes no sense. The batteries in the remote control weren’t working; I was told to swap them with another remote. Two rolls of toilet paper for three people over nine nights isn’t much either. These are minor details, and perhaps just my subjective opinion; it might not bother someone else, but in my case it left an unpleasant impression. (The sofa downstairs also needs replacing 🙈; I’m quite light, yet there was even a dent left in the mattress after I slept on it.)

Bardzo sympatyczna obsługa, z którą świetnie udało nam się zgrać odbiór kluczy. Dzięki czemu nie musieliśmy czekać na start godziny zameldowania, tylko mogliśmy szybciej ruszyć na miasto. Lokalizacja tiptop. Wszędzie doszliśmy pieszo. Polecam tym, którzy zwiedzają bez auta. Parę metrów do sklepu spożywczego (bardzo dobrze wyposażonego), blisko na przystanek autobusu na lotnisko. W pobliżu wiele restauracji i kawiarni. To był świetny wybór, tym bardziej, że apartament jest we wnętrzu dziedzińca dzięki czemu jest cicho i spokojnie.

La struttura ha necessità di avere degli interventi di ripristino. Il bagno senza finestra , riscaldamento con due split, uno dei quali non funzionanti. La camera pulita in maniera non soddisfacente! . La porta di accesso era rotta la serratura in quanto non si poteva dare la mandata di chiave .lo abbiamo fatto notare alla responsabile e ci ha risposto che era così e non si poteva fare nulla.
