The studio flat is central and close to the ferries and to the centre of Stresa. The keys are in a box which is convenient.

There was no AC or ventilator. We asked at least for a fan as the temperatures were high and the studio felt more like a sauna but there was no reply from the house agents. You will be opposite a restaurant kitchen which means that if you leave the windows open it will be noisy until late in the night. We also found ants in the kitchen and bathroom. I flagged this but no reply from the agent. Also note this is a studio flat not an apartment. It would be good to have some extra utensils in the kitchen like a kitchen towel.

It's a very authentic italian place, with cute doors and windows. There is a stove and a nespresso machine, they even left us two cups. There are also some groceries from previous guests :)

It's a bit old and basic. There is no sofa. The temperature of the shower drops very fast, you cannot shower with hot water if you're coming after someone else. It's also a bit noisy. But the location is perfect: in a 1 minute walk you're at the lake or in the village centre.

A comfortable apartment in a good location close to bars, restaurants, and ferries. Well equipped for a short stay..

no wifi, and the internet is working with problems in the area. The flat is in the 1st floor with no elevator and narrow staircase, could be problematic for some people to get inside

Location was excellent and it was a lovely original style apartment in a perfect location, allowing us to experience how the locals live. The apartment was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. The apartment was easily found and close to the ferry for the lake, the shops and the train station was only a short walk away. We did not meet the host as entry was gained via a key box and instructions, however these were very good and we had no issues finding or entering the apartment.

The boiler had a slight leak in the bathroom
