"Relax in famiglia"

Casa calda e accogliente. Pulita con buona suddivisione degli ambienti. Posto auto comodo vicino casa

Anche se non molto distante dal centro di Roccaraso bisogna prendere auto in quanto la strada statale è sprovvista di marciapiede e buia

"buona scelta per famiglie, tanto spazio a disposizione e facilità a parcheggiare."

posizione comoda, un minuto dal prato dell’ombrellone e poco distante dal centro di Roccaraso. la casa è molto ampia, comoda per una famiglia è provvista del necessario in cucina. pratico anche il doppio ingresso che consente di portare i bagagli senza usare le scale. riscaldamento molto efficiente, la casa si scalda subito. proprietario molto gentile e disponibile.

alcune cose sono da aggiornare o aggiustare, tipo i fornelli perché non funzionavano tutti benissimo.

"Un'ottima soluzione per chi viene a sciare a Roccaraso e preferisce il calore di una casa agli hotel"

Posizione ottima, vicino al centro di Roccaraso e alla base delle piste, raggiungibili in 5 minuti di macchina. La casa è ampia, noi eravamo in 2 ma saremmo stati comodi in 4/5 , accogliente, ben riscaldata, fornita. Ottimo rapporto/qualità prezzo. Proprietario molto gentile
