Nice guest apartment within walking distance to Kalmar central station

A clean and contemporary apartment with all the essentials for both work and tourism stay. We have had a pleasure meeting Timmy, who was a very caring, hospitable landlord, helped us to check-in and prepared all for our short, but restful stay. The apartment has a large balcony suitable for dining or breakfasts, it also has storage spaces and bicycle parking. Ine could walk to the Aparment, but it’s also 4 min from the central station by bus and 7 min by bicycle. Clean and fresh towels, bedsheets, shampoo, laundry detergent etc was available. Overall — a fantastic beginning for our Kalmar and Öland adventurous.

Min upplevelse på hotellet var helt fantastisk! Allt från den varma välkomsten till den oklanderliga servicen gjorde min vistelse oförglömlig. Rummet var fint inrett och rent, och faciliteterna var i toppskick.

Es war nur 1 Zimmer statt der angegeben und gebuchten 2 Zimmer, wir mussten 1 Hotel dazubuchen,damit die 2.Person ein eigenes Bett hat.es war kein Schlafsofa vorhanden! Wir sind sehr verärgert!

God beliggenhed tæt på Kalmar by, nyere lejlighed, dog småt og mest velegnet til ungt par

Lejlighed meget lille og mangler de mest basale ting for at man havde kunnet lave mad, det var simpelthen ikke muligt da der stort set ingen service/ madlavnings redskaber var til stede. Minus at der kun var et rum, mangler separat soveværelse.

We were looking for an affordable opportunity to stay in Kalmar for one night. We weren’t really expecting anything extraordinary but the apartment was so great! It was near the city center and the big shopping center. The apartment was small but it was enough for two persons. The landlord was extremely friendly and helpful and gave us nice advice on how to enjoy our stay and the city! In addition we got a parking lot directly at the apartment. We will definitely come back there again if we visit Kalmar for a second time.

Alla bekvämligheter fanns i lägenheten. Bra läge 6 minuter med buss till centrum. 50 till busshållplats
