The hotel staff is very nice and helpful, the rooms are spacious and cleaned every day, you can use the pool and the gym (very basic equipment). Breakfast is nice (eggs, rice, noodles, salads, pho, fresh fruits, dessert, etc) It takes 3 minutes to get to the beach and 15 minutes to the city centre. The biggest shop is 5 minutes walk You can rent a motorbike for a reasonable price at the hotel or nearby and explore the island

Hotel was inconsistent with the airport pickup service (no charge to fee charged far above the avrg amount charged compared to Grab & taxi did not return the full change) Not impressed about the overall service

The breakfast was amazing! When I told the staff I'm vegetarian, they prepared a freshly cooked vegan pho for me as well as the vegan version of some traditional Vietnamese dish. Breakfast offers a wonderful variety of Vietnamese breakfast and fresh fruits eg papaya, passion fruit, watermelon, jackfruit, orange slices etc Great location too. Close to shops and the beach is 5 mins away. Close to sunset beach too. The room is spacious with a balcony. Friendly and helpful staff. They also offer a chauffeur service for a flat fee of 600,000 VD a day. Great value if you wanna visit various places in a day at your own pace.

You get charged 4% for using a credit card. Transactions are all in cash.....there is an ATM close by though.

Super nice staff, big rooms, nice balcony. Good location. Helped us renting scooters etc. One of the best hotels of our trip.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days, very comfortable bed, the room is spacious with ocean view, close to everything, few steps to the beach. The staff were very polite and helpful, miss Huệ and Tâm were went out of their way to help us in any issue we needed. So thankful to the staff. Picking us up at the airport was also a bonus. We definitely recommend this hotel to everyone coming to PQ.

*nice view from my balcony *I loved my room, it looked so lovely, clean, modern *good breakfast, many Vietnamese meals, drinks, water and fresh fruit (I was eating only fresh fruit) *rooftop swimming pool. You can watch sunset from there. *free water refill at the restaurant *fast wifi *rather clean *easy to walk to the Long beach *staff members helped me with everything I needed *I also used their airport pickup service

*swimming pool was not very clean and there's no umbrellas next to it, so no shade when it's hot. *extremely loud guests, they were having parties until late at night and then shouting at the hall and by the lift since 6am. It's more of a family/couple hotel than young party people, yet all the big groups of people were so loud it was a nightmare for me. It was difficult for me to sleep and/or work. *after 8am there were not many things left at buffet breakfast so I had to go earlier to get some fruit
