Home Park Hotel

When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by a friendly member of staff. She was very helpful explaining everything to us. This hotel was immaculately clean. The bedroom was huge with a comfortable bed, we had a good sized bathroom with plenty of clean towels. The swimming pool on the top floor looked very welcoming but we didn’t use it. The hotel room was cleaned thoroughly every day. Due to an issue with the water we were asked to relocate to a hotel across the the road for our last night sadly the hotel wasn’t as nice as Home Park Hotel but the breakfast choices there along with the quality was excellent. The breakfast at Home Park is very good but we do think they could offer a better choice of fruit. Fortunately we both like the Asian breakfast so that wasn’t an issue for us.

The hotel is located just down a side road leading to the beach. Follow the road down passing other hotels and you will find some lovely restaurants and a couple of lively bars. My favourite is the cheeky traveller, where you will find live music every night and a great atmosphere. Go the other way up to the main road to find all the hustle and bustle of Duong Dong. Many resteraunts and shops on this road including the famous king Kong outlet. We had the best room in the hotel which is top floor at the sea end and facing away from the road (605) The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony is breathtakingly beautiful and you can watch the sunset every night. The staff were outstanding to us and I would like to thank them for all their kindness shown to us. As with most hotels in Vietnam it is always best to pay a little extra for the best room possible. Also if you want a good view ask for a high floor.

A very common problem especially in Phu Quoc are the showers. This one was no exception and was hit and miss temperature wise. The wi fi was OK but not a smart TV. The breakfast is not too bad but not great. These are all small problems that you will find in most hotels in the area. There was some building work going on next door to the hotel which we could hardly hear and did not effect us at all. (high floor-sea end-back of hotel)

Building work going on from 7am right next door. Dogs at property right opposite barking at all ours. Breakfast very limited for western palate.

Big beds, nice view. Friendly stuff and breakfast was better than other hotels we stayed in Vietnam.

This is our second time staying here. The two ladies and the gentleman at the reception are amazing! They are always ready to help with any question at any time of the day or night. We will definitely recommend this hotel to all our friends!

The best hotel in the world! This is our second visit to this amazing place. The receptionists are always so helpful and greet us with a smile, many thanks to them for their kindness! The rooms are always spotless and the cleaners are so considerate, offering water and fresh towels even if we opt out of full cleaning. Staying here is an absolute pleasure, and we can't wait to come back again. Huge thanks to the staff for making our stay so wonderful
