The Marcy Hotel

It was perfect, friendly staff great location, clean tidy room

Bedroom was spacious and comfortable with ample fresh towels

Guest will experience some noise from the streets below

Location was very good. Bar and event areas were lovely.

I just felt the hotel charged us alot for what it actually was. The carpets were quite dirty in the room they could do with a new one as it was lifting and fraying at the wardrobe also there was alot of dust on surfaces, some of the lights didnt work, there was a hole in the ceiling. The shower had balck mold on the glass. Would of prefered a fridge or a bottle of water in the room. The girl on reception explained everything perfectly but wasn't exactly welcoming to us. Overall experience I won't be returning.
