Nice and clean place. We were family of 2 adults and 2 kids. House with 2 separete rooms was perfect option for us. The best is that here you have privacy with no other structure near you. Silent and peaceful place. The host was very kind and hospitable. Here, you can have your own barbeque area for cooking + campfire area. So if you bring your own stuff like meet etc you have all facilities for cooking and storage. Also, the location is good to enjoy the view and nature, all surrounded by mountains.

It’s a standalone house in a very picturesque location and close to W4 and W6 trails (20 and 30min drive respectively). Key characteristics: 1. Very comfortable beds 2. The house is spacious and cozy 3. A separate kitchen, which can be used for cooking 4. Very quiet at night 5. Excellent views right off the porch 6. Simple cafe in 2min drive with tasty food 7. Excellent dinner is offered by the owner at a reasonable price 8. Genuinely great host

We liked everything

We had an amazing stay at Jebel Shams Sky. This is not just a room but an entire mountain cabin with two master bedrooms, comfortably sleeping up to six people. There is also a spacious open-plan dining room, coffee corner, and sitting area. As it was just my husband and me, we only used one of the bedrooms, which, along with the en-suite bathroom, was really large and clean. As for the location, the name truly says it all: breathtaking sunsets and a sky full of stars! The host, Salman, is incredibly kind and hospitable, and on top of that, he’s an excellent Jebel Shams tour guide. We did a Wadi Nakhr tour by 4x4 and the Jebel Shams Balcony Walk - both were among our best activities and memories in Oman. Highly recommended.

Property was fantastic, it had everything for a quiet and peaceful stay. Owner was excellent with his comms and interaction. Food option for dinner was outstanding, home cooked Omani meal.

Amazing location of the house, the view was stunning. Traditional house made of the nearby stones. Salman and his brother were extremely helpful and greeted us with coffee and dates. Upon our request they brought us traditional dinner and local breakfast. They also offered transportation ord guiding services. In the morning it took us 30 min to drive from the house to Jebal Shems W6 Balcony Walk. Great choice!

We had the best stay. Salman and his brother were very welcoming, took a great care of us, gave us great tips about the area. The place was very comfortable and clean, the food was very good, and the view stunning.
