Ulaz na kapiji je ulegnut pa malo kaci pri ulazu auto ako se nevodi racuna,bukvalno jedina mana nakon duzeg razmisljanja

Apartamentul este spațios, curat si dotat cu aproape tot ce ai nevoie. Iar dacă ai nevoie de ceva extra gazda este foarte atentă și rezolvă rapid. Nikos oferă detalii prețioase cu privire la diferite locații pe care sa le vizitezi, unde sa mănânci, unde sa mergi la plajă. Plaja foarte liberă si aproape, iar apa limpede si calda. Muntele Olimp este la distanță de 15 min. și ideal pentru excursii.

Ar fi util un cuptor, are doar plită electrică. Nu prea sunt magazine alimentare in proximitate, dar poti ajunge in câteva minute cu mașina la supermarket.

Excellent location with a large, beautifully decorated room with a comforting interior courtyard. Friendly host and always ready to help you. We will come back with great pleasure!

The property was great, spacious, even better than the photos. The owner and manager were very kind, friendly and responsive throughout the whole stay. They gave us the best recommendations for nearby restaurants, beaches. The property has a great backyard, parking is inside the backyard, easy to access. We had a great time and will visit again for sure!

There was nothing that we didn’t like.

The room was as in the pictures, it was clean, has a good location and view.

We left one day earlier, because of a roof construction happening right above our room, that was going on during our whole stay. The noise was unbearable, starting from 7:30 in the morning up untill around 17:00 - we were on a remote working trip so it was very inconveniet. We were not informed of the construction, which was planned exaclty during our stay - we got a message about it on the day we arrived at 10:00 in the evening. The internet was very slow - around 2Mbps - even with all boosters provided by the hosts this was the max speed - have it in mind if you plan to work from that location. The roof situation led to an issue with us having no hot water, which was later resolved. Overall the host were leading us on, day after day, saying “Oh, tommorow, the construction people won’t make any noise”, but come tomorrow the noise started from 7:30 each day. They did offer us to change rooms, but we had come to the place because of the room under the roof - if we new it was not going to be available we wouldn’t have come in the first place. They did refund us the last day, when we decided to leave. Overall if you have a construction planned I think it’s incredibly inconsiderate and disrespectful to your guests to still have the place open for booking, just so that you can make some money.

Nikos and his assistant Jim, were very friendly and responsive to our needs and any requests we made. They provided helpful information about places to eat and visit near by. it was a lovely stay.

A few simple written instructions for use of the house would have been helpful.

The great garden, the location (3 min from the beach), the unit is well equipped with whatever you need. The owner hospitality, generosity and help anytime you need.

I can confidently say that this host was the friendliest and most helpful I have ever encountered in my years of travel. I also liked the air conditioning, free parking, private garden, trampoline for children and the beach nearby.
