Friendly staff

The location of the property is perfect. Golden Temple is walking distance from the property. The staff in the hotel is very helpful, assisted in an early morning check in. The property is also clean with affordable price.

Very much satisfied.Every thing is fine..Staff behavior is very much polite.

It was near the Golden Temple

The bathroom was too small. There is no space to take a shower. The geyser got leakage and water was dripping all over the time which made the washroom difficult to use. Paid Rs. 400 extra for parking. The staff do not know the difference between hot water and warm water, which gave me boiling water in the bottle. The water spilled on me and gave me a scar for a lifetime.

Comfortable stay and services! Conveniently located towards the back side of Golden Temple near Langar Hall.

- Tap has hot water, but the shower doesn't - Reservation was for AC room, but AC didn't work in both the rooms - Doesn't have proper flexible commode shower for toilet use, only has fixed wayer fun straight from toilet commode. - Rooms have no windows or one with windows has noisy rooms ( most likely like other hotels in the same area) - Doesn't have own restaurant. When you order food or tea/coffee from their menu, they bring it from a restaurant outside of the hotel. - location not very easy to find. - was no additional bed as described in the advertisement.

Location is good to visit golden temple.

Little bit tidy room. It could have been better. Room which was provided was different from the photo of room as has been displayed in the site of booking.com.
