Very disappointing experience. The staff were rude, and the online support was unprofessional and not customer-oriented. It felt more like an attempt to collect funds than to genuinely help customers.

Pengalaman yang paling tak best , dtng check in pkl 3 , lepas tu dh ambik kunci suruh tunggu 20 mnit sbb bilik blm siap. Dh tunggu ingtkan masuk2 bilik dh kemas la.. lepas 2 jam bru ade yg dtng tukar cadar ape semua , alasan cleaner yg tukar cadar tu kate sbb busy . So bad service !!
