"We felt bad because they given us different room, not what we booked. I don’t recommend this hotel."

New building

Far from town centre, you need to ride tricycle or taxi to go to restaurants and buy groceries.

"Choices and an elevator would be good."

5.0

I loved the location. It was quiet and away from hustle and bustle of the busy streets. The balcony had a great view. The staff was kind. The laundry facilities are just 20 (40 round trip) pesos away via tricycle which was convenient. There is a convenient store down the street and inside the hotel for snack and bottled water. The main street is just down the street so you have access to all the stores and street vendors. Everything is pretty close by.

Where do I start? The best thing about being an adult is having the ability to choose and this hotel offered very little choices for our well being. There is no elevator and they put us on the 3rd floor. With the heat and humidity, this triggered some asthma for me. The way the room was set up according to where the sun shines was kinda stupid. The ac is in a spot where you don’t directly feel it. The sun is blaring into our room 75% of the day making the room feel like a sauna. In their rules (found in your room) they state they have the right to come in and turn off the ac, tv, or any lights left on while you are away from your room. I know you are trying to conserve energy, but some foreigners are NOT USED TO THIS HEAT AND HUMIDITY. Breakfast was ok. It was almost the same thing everyday. Some sort of sausage (hotdog or local longanisa) and some sort of sweet tocino with plain rice. Served with either tasty bread with some cheese in between or a tiny pancake that had a weird after taste, accompanied by fresh fruit and turon. The best part of breakfast for me was coffee. There really should be more choices since everyone is different. There should be juice or something else for people that don’t drink coffee, besides water. Then they have a poster of different coffees they offer and I tried to order the Dalgona Milo, the staff said she could only do vanilla and caramel. So, I don’t understand why you have a menu in the first place if you can’t make what’s on it? For the traveler, this place is great for maybe 1-2 night at most or if you aren’t planning on eating breakfast there daily.
