Super Hotel O SAMOTEL

I have no idea what the property is like b’se when we got there they said they had no rooms for us. I had booked 2 rooms at the place via booking.com . the hotel asked for a payment for the reservation but b’se I was paying with visa online from USA some reason the payment wasn’t going through. So I sent an email to the hotel and they responded saying it was ok I could pay at the hotel when I arrived. When we arrived after traveling for almost 20 hours with my elderly parents, they said they had no booking under my name and that they would take us to another property near the airport (I’m we just came from the airport) and there was a reason we picked Kestopur for our location. Any how I walked over to the neighboring hotel to make arrangements and suddenly Samotel guys said they had rooms at this very location…. So they had rooms available after all!!! At that point I left and booked rooms at the neighboring hotel because I couldn’t trust the guys at Samotel

There was nothing to like

First they told us there is no room available,but I booked previously,then they transfer us to some different location,when reached there,we have to wait for hour to get a room,n the room was not properly clean,as well as there is no ac,upon asking they said that there is no ac in that building,that's quite unbelievable, though washroom was not clear floor was rusty,n also bedsheet n pillow was not clean.
