SGConsidering that the rooms are new, nicely decorated, and very clean, the price per night is really value for money.
The staff - from the check in counters, to the restaurant, and to the cleaners, are in need of better training. 1) I corresponded with the hotel in advance about early check-in given that my flight lands earlier than their standard check in hours, and was informed that early check-in at my requested time will be subject to an additional fee and based on availability, which was fine with me. We arrived at the hotel, and the front desk was surprised that we had wanted to check in early. I reminded them of my correspondence, and they replied by saying that the hotel is full at the moment, and to come back at 130pm. We went off, and later returned at the said time, only to wait a further hour for rooms to be ready. Several other families were waiting in the lobby. We were then handed keys with no indication about where and when breakfast will be served everyday, about WiFi access, etc. There really was no element of service in that check-in experience alone. 2) On one day, we headed out early and returned to rest at around 2pm, to discover that our room was being cleaned. The housekeeping team had nothing to say and appeared surprised, so we excused ourselves while they finished with their work. At least some communication would have been appreciated. 3) We headed to the in-house restaurant - the crew also appeared surprised that there are patrons outside of breakfast service. Most items from the menu they provided, were not available, so we settled for two glasses of iced tea. Come time for payment, we headed to the counter for payment and we were instead asked by the staff to let him know the items that we ordered.... Seriously? Breakfast was decent tasting but severely lacking in variety - you're better off opting for a stay without breakfast and head out elsewhere.

PKLoved the room, the facilities, and the staff. Very conveniently located in Tanah Abang with the shopping at walking distance. The room was very clean with a clean bathroom and good facilities. Breakfast was really good.
