Comfy Greyton Cottage for Four

Lovely cottage. Clean. Comfy bed, everything you need is provided. Safe enclosed garden for our dogs. We stayed for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. Easy self check in. Close to restaurants. Kyle is a great host, provided us with lots of information regarding the property and the village . Will definitely be back and stay here again. Highly recommend

Location was good. Cottage was cosy and comfortable. Parking space available and backyard also nice bit of space to relax.

The cottage had no microwave or iron available but luckily these were not major issues for us.

A super comfortable cottage for a weekend away. The location was perfect. We felt immediately at home. Pre-stay communication was very thorough and lots of attention to detail. All in all a place to return to!

Super location, a few minutes walk to the centre, but on the opposite side of the town to the reserve/mountains. very convenient, esp to try the great food and winetasting in the town.

There is some traffic noise in the early mornings.

The lights in the kitchen and lounge need to be a bit brighter 😊

Very accessible, close to all amenities in town, comfortable. The host was very friendly and provided us with all the pertinent information we needed for our stay. We were fortunate to chance on this property that allows pets, as we travel with our conservation canine, who was catered for perfectly during our stay.

I found very little that we did not like. A small let down was the double bed mattress. It needs replacing, the other bedrooms mattresses were stunning. It would be wise to communicate on your property adds that room access is via stairs, and that there is only really room for one vehicle inside the yard, otherwise your lawn will suffer! There were external auditory hindrances that are obviously not the fault of the host, which would only bother you if you came from a remote rural farm as we do where there are no lights and cars driving past at all at night.

Kyle is a wonderful host. He is quick to communicate, helpful, readily available and kind. The fireplace works like a charm for cold winter visits, and we were grateful for the few dry logs available to get it started. The cottage has all the basic items required for a self catering stay. The bath tub was great for our toddler, as not many homes have this amenity. The water is piping hot too for showers and bathing.

We had some cleanliness issues, which Kyle graciously will take up with housekeeping for future. During our stay, there was a significant level of evening/early morning noise from a nearby restaurant, and then from the community adjacent to the main town.

Beautiful cottage with wooden floors, lots of space, good location, well-equipped and beautifully decorated. The host was very friendly and helpful.
