Spacious and comfortable. Well equipped and clean. Comfortable bed. Location great for this part of Kent and nearby Sussex. Host kept in touch in a friendly way and it was lovely to have a few provisions when we arrived.

The property is very well situated in Cranbrook where we were visiting family. The parking is excellent. We walked through some back lanes of Cranbrook that we didn't know before. Interestingly the range of books that were available were excellent - the Hockney was very good , the book of local walks very useful. We did a day trip to Rye and Rye Harbour, the nature reserve was especially good with lots of birds there in November

großzügige Wohnung mit viel Platz, bequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten, Küchenausstattung ist sehr gut, reichlich Geschirr, große Töpfe und Pfannen etc.,große Teebecher , Tee und Kaffee, Gewürze, Brot, Eier, Butter und ein Pint Milch waren vorrätig,

Beleuchtung im Wohn/Essbereich könnte besser sein, sehr nah an der Strasse,

Slight issue with bedroom window next to neighbours front door. Unless blind was fully down there was no privacy. Glazed or frosted windows to add some discretion? Or a net? Small point but worth saying I think.

Beautiful, well appointed space. Lots of room to chill out. Fully equipped kitchen. Nice bathroom and bedroom.
