- Property was spotless - Bed was super comfy - Hot shower with good water pressure - The A/C worked great - Staff friendly and available when needed but not at all overbearing. Can arrange pick up from harbour and Scooter rental. - Great location near loads of restaurants, cafe's and Bars.

very good value for money, rooms are basic internet is working well and there is restaurants and cafes easily reachable by scooter, the owners are very nice - they dropped me off to my ferry for free

Comfortable bed. Spacious room. A lot of restaurants around.

Stayed for 2 and a half weeks. The property was nice and clean and pretty. It was serene with a small garden and trees with wooden table and benches. There are about 6 rooms. My first room was on the first floor in the middle, and the second was on the 2nd floor closer to the road. The floor was mopped, walls were clean, linen was fresh and generally, cupboards and shelves were wiped down and free of dust. There's a small worktable for your laptop which is next to the power socket. There was a kettle but no coffee and cup. But I carry those around. I guess you could get a cup from the owner. The cupboard (no doors) was wide enough to hang clothes with two shelves to put things. As the room door opened to the terrace, it felt like it was spacious. On the terrace were a coffee table and two chairs. It included a clothes rack to hang your towel and clothes which is a nice touch. The aircon was quiet and worked well set at 25 degrees Celsius. I have a thermometer and confirm the temperature. The shower and toilet were clean and free of mold. The room sink had a leak and he bought a new u-pipe to replace. The owner, Wayan, were welcoming and made sure I was comfortable. I had two large luggage, 15kg each. He offered to take me on his motor-scooter from the Sampalan harbor to his property when I arrived. But I decided on a shuttle (i.e. private hire car) instead which he hired for me (and I paid). He met me at the harbor and received me with the shuttle. His wife sweeps the garden every morning. They will clear your rubbish, clean the floor and change the sheets every few days, but you need to arrange with him. He doesn't like to enter a guest room unattended. Although his English was not his first language, he tried to converse and told what was in the area. On last day, he helped transport my luggage to Sampalan harbor with me. For the price point, it was definitely value for money.

It was close to the road and thus road traffic noise is inevitable. There are dogs in the neighborhood, so it is not in their control when they start barking in the middle of night. After a few days, I got used to it. The floors are not carpeted and rather thin. So, you might hear people walking upstairs, dropping things and moving the stool. I changed to an upper floor in the 2nd week.

We had a lovely stay at the Welcome Inn in Nusa Penida. Good location, about 15 minutes from the ferry by motorbike. Friendly staff, great room for 2 people, clean, good breakfast. Definitely recommend! Thank you!
