The location and the pool (which faces a new building and its loud construction)

The front desk told us the room was ready at around 2:30pm but then the code from the leasing company, NAYA, did not send the code to us purposely until pass 3:15pm. They kept giving us the run around, I will never stay there again or work with that incompetent leasing agency in PV. ALSO, the TV in the unit never worked, the control did not have batteries and when they brought batteries, they were the wrong size. We just watched the OSCARS and other shows on my laptop. Furthermore, the floor of the unit was not fully mopped or cleaned properly, our white socks turned dirty quickly after checking in. We never received pool towels to go to the pool, although they said they would bring us some. There were only two ugly old brown shower towels for us to use for 3 days. There were no, wash cloths or hand towels in the bathroom. Even cheap motels have hand towels. Pathetic unit.

The Support Staff, Ricardo, Sarah and Karen were excellent and did provide excellent service during our stay to ensure the promoted happiness offered and expected by guests. Location good for beach, restaurants and entertainment access. Malecon walks very enjoyable. Saturday Market always a treat with variety of musicians performing.

Could not use the lock box to access keys to enter unit ... numbers not able to read them due to lighting glare. Could not use the washer/dryer. No English directions. There was no laundry drying rack. The pool was not heated during our 31 day stay. Rate for condo was higher than value received. The adjacent Coco Caberet noise level was extreme at times!!

The room was great, nice and clean.. The pool was a nice size and it was warm. Right in the side of romantic zone where you could find all the food you need

They need to fix the light switch next to the entrance and make sure to refill the body soap because it was pretty empty.
