Το μόνο μου μας άρεσε ήταν πως ήταν αυτόνομο

Ήταν μέσα στην βρώμα τυριά κολλημένα στην τοστιέρα ζυμάρια στον φούρνο τα ντουλάπια μέσα στην βρόμα όπως και τα πιάτα και τα ποτήρια ή καρέκλες της τραπεζαρίας μέσα στην βρώμα το μόνο καθαρό ήταν τα μπάνια και η πισίνα ήταν γεμάτο βρύα (γλίτσα)ο εξωτερικός χώρος μέσα στην βρώμα η ξαπλώστρες διαλυμένες ο πως και στο πλάι του σπιτιού υπήρχε μία διαρροή και γέμιζε νερά ! Επικοινωνήσαμε με τους ιδιοκτήτες έστειλαν την καθαρίστρια να δει αυτά που τους είπαμε κι τους στείλαμε φωτογραφίες αυτή μας είπε πως δεν πρόλαβε να καθαρίσει και θα το έκανε αύριο ενώ όταν έφυγε ήρθε μια άλλη καθαρίστρια να τα δει που και αυτήν την έστειλε η ιδιοκτήτρια γιατί λέει πως η προηγούμενη είπε πως εμείς υπερβάλαμε και αυτή μόλις τα είδε τράβαγε τα μαλλιά της.Μετα από λίγη ώρα εμφανίστηκε ο πισίνα για να καθαρίσει την πισίνα και όπως ήταν προφανές έριξε το φταίξιμο σε άλλον και μου είπε πως πρέπει να ρίξει έξτρα χλώριο στην πισίνα και ούτε καν να κάνει πρώτα μια μετρισει του νερου να δει τις τιμές που θα έβγαζε η μέτρηση.Την επόμενη ημέρα που γυρίσαμε από την θάλασσα μπήκαμε στην πισίνα και παρατήρησα πως ο τύπος είχε ρίξει μπίλιες χλώριο στην πισίνα χωρίς να μας ενημερωςη που αυτό το κάνουν για να κάνουν σοκ στο νερό και δεν μας ενημέρωσε καν να μην μπούμε

Villa Kostis is a lovely villa and we had a fabulous family break. The location is just as described, a v short walk to a small parade of shops with 2 mini markets and a lovely local grill at the end, highly recommend for a budget dinner. Pool is fabulous!!!! Villa is basic but as described and what we expected. The beach a local tavernas are a lovely 10min walk away, it’s a really great selection. It’s downhill on the way so may be a challenge for anyone less able on the way back. We took it nice a slow and it totally fine! Our driver had no problem finding the villa. The property manager was able to arrange a slightly early check in time and and an extra long check out for a small fee, this made our last day perfect as we had a 9pm flight.

The villa wasn’t as well equipped with what we would consider basics, eg plug for kitchen sink, tea towel, something to sweep/mop the floors. We advised the agent and were told it would be rectified but it didn’t happen during our stay. On arrival the air con in two bedrooms were not working, we reported this and the next day this was resolved. However this left a large mess under the AC in each bedroom that could not be cleaned up. We did find a broom outside and so swept in to a corner.

Great location, 10 minute walk down to the beach and restaurants Pool was a great size.

Air con is awful and kept us awake at night. The downstairs bedroom one rattled the whole time and the unit in the main living area sounded like someone was knocking on the door. Drove us mad! Bathrooms both flood when using the shower so be careful cos the floor is very slippery.

Villa was very close to amenities and has a large pool and outside area

Pool lights did not work but were fixed when we contacted the company. There is a leak outside the villa coming from a pipe that made walking outside slippery and the water did smell. The kettle was broken but this was replaced swiftly for us. The villa is a little tired and could do with some updates, especially the showers and the washing machine

Excellent location only a few hundred yards walk to the nearest shops/bar. Took us 12 minutes at a leisurely stroll to the beach and tavernas. Pool is fabulous if a little overlooked which is not clear from the pictures. Very good price for location.

Communication with the management company was poor. Reported some broken/missing items within 24 hrs of arrival (ironing board, parasol, shower head holder) and got standardised reply each time and no action…took 2 days for the ironing board to arrive having asked cleaner. 5 for the parasol which we had to unbox and assemble ourselves….5 days into the holiday. Pool hoover arrived and sat on the terrace for 3 days before disappearing again… pool not cleaned as algae was starting to appear before we left and there was dirt and grit in the bottom when we arrived. Did not ruin our holiday but tarnished what could have been an exceptional stay.

Memorable holiday. This was just what we wanted; clean, spacious, and a lovely pool to relax in! Also a wonderful swimming pool just for us! We also visited Lourdata and Skala while we were there and enjoyed sunbathing and swimming! We highly recommend this villa!
