Poorly managed property.

Staff wasn’t courteous , no water bottle , electric kettle . We were charged for a bottle when we asked for one. Room was stinking, no proper toiletries .

Nothing is there to like . My suggestion is don't book this property on the basis of reviews of booking.com or any other booking app. Total waste of money.

The location is very interior and it's not a safe feeling for women and girls. I have booked this hotel on the basis of reviews of booking.com but I got fooled , very bad location and there is not a single restaurant nearby. I checked in early in the morning and checked out on the same day at noon. I paid an advance payment of 4k and before check in they took the entire amount and after seeing the room I was astonished that how can a couple stay here. It's a very remote location and they don't have enough staffs. Only one I met. A very small room like a pigeon nest. No lights in the toilet. AC is horrible. You cannot sleep because of the sound of the outdoor unit of AC. Small bathroom. TV is not available. Don't get fooled with the good reviews and ratings and pictures shown in the booking apps and sites. The bathroom is not clean and stinky. Pls don't book this property on the basis of reviews and ratings and pictures shown. Worst hotel. There was no guest in the hotel but it was showing sold out. And the beach is not nearby. You have to go 25 mins minimum to access the beach. It is too far from Anjuna. First of all your staff did not show me any room with TV , my review is totally correct once again I strongly urge travelers not to book on the basis of review. Kindly read the reviews of Google too if I am lying. And Yes , I have enjoyed a lot during my stay in Goa after checking out from your property.

Need some more bathroom amenities. The curtains needs to be more thick to cut the light out from outside.

Staff was excellent, specially Sukriti. She was lovely and helpful.

A beautiful spot! Very peaceful and green. They have renovated the rooms with very modern look. Beautiful patio and garden to chill at. It’s 10min walk to anjuna beach and market. Lots of restaurants walking distance (German bakery,Artjuna). Very helpful staff and they are available 24hrs. I was told they are starting a bar in the garden next week which will be a great spot as well. Will definable stay again!

Nothing to dislike

I really enjoyed my stay at the banyan soul. Very cute place and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were Clean and the bed was super comfy also. Loved it

No mirror in the room and lighting in the bathroom can be better

I had a great stay here. Travelling solo I felt comfortable and its a peaceful place away from the busy crowd . The staff was helpful and kind. it's a Queer friendly place and would definitely recommend my fellow queer travellers/ couples They can help you with LGBT gigs around.
