"Do not believe this apartment. They rent to another people and you will have no choice but to stay in another apartment"

When we came to the property the guy said us that it is not available because he rented the apartment to another people, so we couldn’t stay there. We had to stay in another apartment in another location because we didn’t have a choice, we came to concert for one day from another city. He didn’t send any message to us and didn’t cancel the booking so we were sure that everything would be good and didn’t expect anything like this. If he said us before or cancel the booking we could book another apartment exactly in the area we needed but we didn’t have any choice when we came already.
