I stayed at a hotel and from the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed. The staff were really friendly and smiling, which gave a great first impression. The room was very clean and the whole place felt calm and peaceful. Everything was just the way it should be – simple, quiet, and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay.

Location was good but this is not a 5-star hotel, as advertised.

Less noise, next door music from a bar was very loud and lasted beyond the midnight. Street parking. I don't know who allocated 5-stars for this hotel. Rooms were very spacy, nice and clean. No complaints on that side. Breakfast was basic.

Clean and spacious rooms

A phenomenal stay at Le Manoir! I came with my family from Austria and everything was perfect from the very beginning. The hotel was absolutely beautiful, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were very clean and comfortable – we truly felt at home. The service was excellent and the staff were very polite and always ready to help. Breakfast was wonderful. We will definitely come back again. Thank you for everything!

We came from Canada and stayed at this hotel for a short girls’ trip – it was me, my cousin, and a friend. Honestly, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel was extremely clean, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect – just a 3-minute walk to the city center, and our room had a stunning view of the Vardar River. We booked the King Room with a balcony, and the view from there was phenomenal. We spent hours just relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. The room also had Netflix, which was a fun bonus – we watched all kinds of movies, even some you can’t usually find. The breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant downstairs was great as well. This hotel had every comfort we were looking for. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Excellent Hotel – Clean, Comfortable, and Fully Equipped! I stayed here with my wife and we had a fantastic experience. The hotel was very clean, and the Wi-Fi was extremely fast – honestly the best I’ve ever used in a hotel! There’s a great restaurant downstairs with delicious food and plenty of variety. Breakfast was also excellent – fresh, tasty, and with lots of options. The bathroom was spotless and had everything we needed: clean slippers, a brush for clothes, a shoe sponge, a razor kit, toothbrush and toothpaste – even more than we expected! There was also a good private parking area, which made everything easier for us. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel has a beautiful view. Everything was perfect – we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!

Room was comfortable and people was even kind but there are also negative points

First of all is incredible that in 2025 hotels don't make invoices to the customer. Mine was a business trip and in spite of I requested an invoice many times they just pretended to do that later but I have never received I stayed 2 night : nobody has cleaned the room and set it. Towels not changed. Shower gel dispenser empty from the check in. Toilet paper missed. I requested to set up the room but nobody did it. I'm so sorry to do this negative review but I can't accept this kind of behavior they are just moking guests in this way ( at least in my case ) . I travel a lot and I use booking for long time so I never had a similar experience before. I wish you can improve your service.
