We stayed at this hotel with my family (my wife and our two children) and we had an excellent experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, everything was well organized and welcoming. The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. Our room was spotless, very comfortable, and perfectly prepared for a family stay. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was very clean, and all amenities were provided. There was always plenty of hot water, at any time of the day, which made our stay even more comfortable. Housekeeping service was outstanding. The room was cleaned regularly, towels were fresh, and everything was taken care of with great attention to detail. Hygiene and cleanliness were clearly a top priority in this hotel. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. There was a wide variety of fresh and delicious food, suitable for both adults and children. Everything was well presented, tasty, and of high quality. We really enjoyed starting our day with such a great breakfast. The hotel atmosphere was calm, family-friendly, and relaxing. The staff was very polite, helpful, and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. We felt safe, comfortable, and very well taken care of during our entire stay. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect. It is perfect for families and anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and quality service. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return again. Highly recommended!

Pretul a fost bun. Hotelul a fost decorat frumos, modern, curat. Personalul prietenos.

Apa caldă a reprezentat o problemă majoră pe toată durata sejurului. Exista un singur boiler, care se goli­a foarte repede, astfel încât apa caldă era disponibilă aproximativ 30 de minute. Dacă două persoane făceau duș una dupa alta, a doua ramanea fără apă caldă. După epuizarea acesteia, trebuia sa aștepti aproximativ 30–60 de minute pentru a se reîncălzi. Camera noastră a fost foarte rece, mai ales seara, temperatura fiind inconfortabil de scăzută. Micul dejun a fost extrem de limitat și repetitiv. Existau doar patru opțiuni: croissant, ouă ochiuri, omletă sau sendwich. Omleta era preparată doar din două ouă, fără niciun fel de carne sau alte adaosuri. Ouăle ochiuri veneau cu două ouă simple prăjite și un singur crenvurșt, care într-una dintre zile a lipsit complet. În rest, micul dejun se rezuma la două felii de pâine. Practic, majoritatea zilelor micul dejun a constat doar din două ouă și pâine. Un alt aspect foarte deranjant a fost faptul că restaurantul era constant îmbibat de fum de țigară, ceea ce făcea imposibilă servirea mesei într-un mediu confortabil.

Aslında sevmediğin bir tesiste ama birtık dikkat edilmesi gereken bence resepsiyonda sürekli birinin olması gerekiyor kafesi ile bağlantılı olduğu için genelde oradalar birtık daha ilgili olurlarsa eksik hiçbir şey olacağını düşünmüyorum

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Bu oteldeki konaklamam çok güzeldi! Her şey mükemmeldi – oda çok temiz ve rahattı, personel çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Ortam sakin ve düzenliydi. Kahvaltı da çok lezzetliydi, her şey tazeydi. Kesinlikle tekrar geleceğim! Rahat ve güzel bir yerde kalmak isteyen herkese tavsiye ederim.

Yeni bir otel sanırım. Çok temizdi. Gostivarda kalınabilecek en en en iyi yer.
