Process for getting in and out of the estate is very tedious and long, staff take their time and are very sullen. House advertised as a 6 bedroom, with spa bath. The best view rooms were locked. This should have been given as an option considering the price. Would have been nice to be given the use of the golf cart as an option, would not have minded paying security deposit for it. We had to walk to driving range every day as the code did not give us access. Clients should be told about that . Having a cleaner on public holidays in your space is also intrusive and should be given as an option, the pool pump is also really noisy and comes on at 7am right outside the downstairs “main” bedroom, no sleeping in here between the cleaner and the pool pump
