A localização é excelente, o anfitrião é muito disponivel, tudo no quarto funcionando perfeitamente.

O banheiro é pequeno, mas isso não atrapalhou nosso descanso.

Sehr zentral, modernes Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und Fenster, unkomplizierter Check-In, Check-In Anfrage wurde auf eine frühere Zeit genehmigt, nur 15 Minuten zum Flughafen mit Bolt (ca. 6€)

Sehr Hellhörig, Bad hat stark nach verstopftem Abfluss gerochen, was man durch die verschlossene Badtür weiterhin roch, Matratze war durchgelegen, starker Desinfektionsgeruch im ganzen Zimmer, Lüftung im Bad defekt

생각보다 시설이 좋다..공동시설도 좋고.. 특히 소음이 적어 좋았다.

숙소에 도착하기 전에 안내가 없었다.,What's 어플을 사용해야 편하겠다.

Very clean and nicely presented. Great location, walking distance to shops, cafes, bar etc. Good door system, no keys needed just use your phone to unlock main entrance and room door.

I wasn’t sent any confirmation or information about the property. I messaged through booking.com many times but received nothing back. When I knocked on the door, the cleaner let me in and I sat in the hallway for an hour, she said she’d contact the owners and come back but never did. A lady came in and told me she received a WhatsApp with all the info early in the morning and she gave me a number to call. I messaged and called but got no reply until half and hour later and I wasn’t in my room until 3:30pm after arriving into Faro at 11. And no apology or explanation from them.

It was not clear that it was not an Hotel but a guest house/airbnb

Wir haben zwei Nächte gebucht. Die Matratze ist eingesackt als ich mich mit meinen 52 kg drauf gesetzt habe. Beim schlafen hat sie total nachgegeben und ich habe harte Teile in der Matratze gespürt. Das war kein guter Schlaf. Es gab zwei Kissen, die beide gleich hoch waren. Ein flacheres wäre für mich besser gewesen. Wir hatten den Vermieter über die Booking Plattform angefragt, ob wir etwas früher als 15:00 Uhr einchecken können, es gab aber keine Antwort. Dann hatten wir es über die Funktion Ankunftszeit versucht, auch keine Antwort. Telefonisch und per WhatsApp haben wir auch versucht den Vermieter zu erreichen, ohne Erfolg. Erst um 15:00 hat er abgenommen, 4 x nach dem Namen und dem Haus gefragt, erst dann wurde uns der Eingangs-Code zugeschickt. Die Haustür lies sich an diesem Tag nur mit Handy öffnen, nicht mit Code. In der zweiten Nacht wurden wir nach Mitternacht geweckt, weil Gäste an der Haustür rüttelten, da sie sie nicht öffnen konnten.

Rimasti per una notte di passaggio, abbiamo trovato la camera bella, pulita e si vede che tutto è nuovo. Il bagno era piccolo, ma funzionale. La comunicazione tramite WhatsApp è stata efficiente, con invio dei codici per l’accesso alla porta principale e alla camera. L’unico problema è stato proprio il codice d’accesso, che non funzionava: inizialmente ci ha aperto la donna delle pulizie e, anche successivamente, nonostante vari tentativi, il codice continuava a non andare. Abbiamo poi risolto tramite un link che permetteva di aprire le porte con uno swipe. Credo fosse un problema generale, perché all’una di notte siamo stati svegliati da alcune persone che cercavano insistentemente di aprire la porta; poco dopo si sentiva un signore urlare di fare silenzio e poi un’altra signora che cercava di aiutare. È stato piuttosto fastidioso, soprattutto considerando che dovevamo alzarci alle 4 del mattino per prendere l’aereo.

Everything was easy, Ahmed was so helpful and Irene was great to hive advice when we asked for a place to eat.

Host is very nice - allowed us to leave our luggage at the place on the check out day. Room is clean

Room is tiny, especially the bathroom. Literally it's hard to turn around in the bathroom
