GBThe property was absolutely lovely and well situated in a nice private areas away from main roads. The garden was spacious with comfortable outdoor furniture, and the bed and room was also extremely comfortable. The hosts were absolutely lovely, accommodating to every one of our needs especially Chris who helped with absolutely everything and was an outstanding host. Had a lovely evening with the owners and would 100% stay again.
NZMy room was very comfortable with my own bathroom. It was large and had a table and chairs, fridge, hot drinks making things, cutlery, crockery etc, and I was able to use the main kitchen for cooking, heating up, etc. It was also lovely and quite to sit in the shade out in the back garden, eat my meal, listen to the birds, read. The local bus stop was a few metres away and an easy link to the town and the buses to other towns. There were so many great things to do including Lichfield and the cathedral, Tamworth castle, the arboretum, a big house locally/ Tamworth is a central place to stay for looking at that part of town. Also lots of parking if you have a car, Very safe, felt like home, with obliging hosts who offered to help out several times. Thanks.
A very sunny room, which with the increasing heatwave, was super warm. Maybe a fan would be useful. Would be perfect in the winter, and normal UK weather.
CHRather large room in a modern family home. Very clean and lovingly furnished, separate bath room. Friendly hostess. Very quiet suburb neighbourhood only practical though with a car. Free parking in front of the house. Best bed on this trip so far.
Parking was a bit difficult because the largest of their cars almost blocked the entrance. In the morning I tried to say goodbye but nobody came out to greet me though I am pretty sure somebody was at home. That made me feel a bit like an intruder rather than a guest.
GBWe loved the green view out of window and circular walk via playground and rugby club. friendly hostess.

GBI rented a room here and it was absolutely amazing. The space was cozy, clean, and exactly as described. The owners were incredibly kind, polite, and always willing to help with anything I needed. From the very beginning, I felt welcomed and at home. Everything was well maintained and spotless, and I didn’t encounter a single problem during my stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay
