La Reina Suite Tuscania Towers

The size of the room was excellent.

The location was not walkable to restaurants and stores. There was ongoing construction. and the unit next door was being renovated. Neighbors were noisy. Open and half-used toiletries such as lotions, shampoos, and bath gels. The toiletries and lotions were acquired from the owner's stay at other hotels and offered to her guests. One bar of soap. Glasses in the bathroom were dirty. No niceties were in the room such as water or coffee. In the kitchen, the sugar bowels were empty and not cleaned. The mattress was poor and there was only a bottom sheet and no top sheet or blanket.

The studio and location

Absolutely great studio in the new gated area. Everything was smooth and easy, apartment itself clean and cozy. Wifi also good enough, hot shower brilliant. 10/10.

We were able to stay, thank you.. but the online aditional payment for re-scheduling did not push thru after even almost 10 attempts with 2 separate debit cards. So what we did was contact the property owner and made an arrangement to pay thru local online payment Gcash. Transaction went thru and we were able to enjoy a great stay, with updates with the owner during check-in, and check out earlier today. The only concern the property owner had was that she got the a message that booking was cancelled. Perhaps because we did not continue on with the addl payment thru the link booking.com sent, as we have paid directly to the owner. The link said booking will be cancelled if no payment after 11:59.Oct12. Her concern is that she might not be able to receive initial payment form booking, as it said booking cancelled. We were able to stay and owner delivered great service. Please make sure that property owner gets the payment we initially did online, as we were accomodated well and our concern of rescheduking last minute was also addressed. We got excellent service and enjoyed a pleasant stay, thanks to the owner. Thank you.

Online linked addl payment was unsuccessful. We paid the property owner directly instead. Please have an option to pay direct to the owner so they will also be protected in case similar case shall happen. Thank you.
