Hotel staff hospitality is very nice

Location is perfect

Good property staff is polite amenities are ok.

The location is not so far away from Galeria tower place in Gurgaon where lots of restaurants and shops are. Delhi metro is also nearby, it is quite comfortable to go to Delhi as well.

There was no hot water in my room even though there was a boiler in the bathroom. It was not working. I asked for help from the worker but it was still not working. The towel was dirty and the bed sheets were as well, it seemed that they did not clean the room properly. Breakfast was weak as well but since good restaurants are nearby eating wasn't a problem. The biggest minus of the place is that the hotel staff don't even care that around 11 till 1 o'clock at night some clients or workers in the hotel puts their music at maximum and decides to do a party... No common sense at all that other clients may sleep at night... For the price I paid I didn't bother wasting my time explaining what the drawbacks of the place was to the staff because I had other things to do in the town. If such kind of business works in Gurgaon then who am I to explain. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place for long stays. I stayed there for two nights, the first one was okayish for the price while the second was terrible with all the loud music.
